Restaurant
Our restaurant has a large dining room. From here our guests can see the open kitchen, where we prepare (by reservation on Tuesday and Friday evenings) the typical dishes of our area: Volterrana soup, tagliatelle egg pasta, stuffed ravioli, and game specialties like pappardelle pasta with wild boar, wild boar stews and roasts. All of these dishes are prepared using local ingredients enriched by our excellent organic olive oil obtained from our own groves, and accompanied by excellent wines of our own production .
We are pleased to organise group events including special dinners, birthday and wedding celebrations, first communion and confirmation events.
For guests of the rooms or cottage (by reservation on Tuesday and Friday evenings) we offer a fixed menu, from appetizers to dessert, all prepared with typical products. Please inform us at the time of reservation: we will make every attempt to satisfy special requests, including concerning dietary intolerances.
For all of our guests we offer a hearty genuine breakfast with toast, homemade cakes and biscuits, yoghurt and jams. On request we can also provide savoury breakfast dishes of eggs, cold cuts and cheeses.
